Rainford Cars is a family-owned dealership based in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port, run by Jamie Ford with the support of his father, who brings more than 40 years of motor trade experience to the business. Having worked in main dealerships, the family wanted to do things a little differently, leaving behind the sales pressure and formality often associated with larger showrooms. Their idea was simple: buying a car should be an enjoyable experience, with people who genuinely care about getting it right.

General manager Richard Charles, known to many customers as Richie, plays a big part in that philosophy. With over 35 years of retail experience, he takes an old-school approach to looking after people, making time for conversations and building relationships that continue long after a car has been collected. For the team, one of the greatest rewards is seeing familiar faces return, often bringing friends and family members with them.
