MSM Driving Academy

MSM Driving Academy provides manual and automatic driving lessons across Warrington, with more than 20 years of experience teaching local learners. The school is led by Mark Blackburn, a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor and former qualified schoolteacher, whose tuition places particular emphasis on clear explanations, patience and allowing pupils to progress at a comfortable pace.

Lessons are suitable for complete beginners as well as learners who feel anxious behind the wheel or benefit from a more individual approach. MSM specifically welcomes neurodiverse pupils, including learners with autism and ADHD. Both manual and automatic tuition are available, while Louise Curnow provides automatic lessons for pupils who would prefer a female instructor, subject to her part-time availability.

Alongside regular learner tuition, MSM offers intensive courses, refresher training and Pass Plus. Refresher sessions can focus on particular concerns such as motorways, roundabouts, parking, night driving or rebuilding confidence after a long break from driving. Learners also have access to an app for lesson management, progress information, payments and learning resources.
